Although we recommend enjoying your infrared sauna experience in the nude, so perspiration is not impeded, you may choose to wear a swimsuit, undergarments, or a towel.
Relax in pink light, focus on healing with blue light, or choose a light color that appeals to you.
Focus your session on relaxation, healing, or renewal with your choice of one of our selections of essential oils.
Choose anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. You can control the session length and stop it at any time.
Although Dr. Matzinger recommends 120 degrees for optimal relaxation and healing, you may increase your temperature to 140 degrees using the soft-touch LED control panel inside the infrared sauna.
Traditional saunas heat the air to uncomfortably hot levels, often making it difficult to breathe, let alone relax. The penetrative infrared light efficiently and comfortably heats your core temperature directly. The process encourages your body to sweat out seven times more toxins per session than in conventional saunas.
